Dawn Stuart Weinraub (Education & Culture Committee) of Albany-Tula Alliance is a long time active participant and a retired teacher of Russian Language at Emma Willard School. She’ll discussed the 3rd Annual Essay Contest for High School Students on “Schenectady Today” – a cable access channel in the Capital Region. The 2012 Essay Contest topic was Leo Tolstoy’s influence on the thought of the world leaders. Winners will travel to Russia in September 2012 and attend the Tula State Pedagogical Univ. Conference on the Life and Works of Tolstoy.
