Thank you to our youngest ATA board member Isaac Smith for scoring a three-hour interview with the Southern Saratoga County newspaper CN Weekly. A large photo accompanied by a thoughtful interview were printed on the front page of yesterday’s edition.
Smith and Tarek Atallah-Benson won the ATA bi-annual Essay Contest by answering a question about social media in Russia. Along with board members Sonja Stark and Jack Aernecke, both former employees of Channel 6 CBS news, the four spent eight days exploring St. Petersburg, Tula and Moscow during the Thanksgiving holiday break.
